Project Overview

After 40 years with the original layout, our homeowner in Albuquerque, NM was ready for a complete bathroom upgrade—and our team helped bring her vision to life. The existing bathroom featured a cramped, narrow shower stall, dated wallpaper with damaged drywall, and aging fixtures that no longer met her everyday comfort and style needs.

Our Remodeling Process & Solution

To maximize functionality, our crew enlarged the shower footprint and relocated the plumbing to create a full-size walk-in space with plenty of room and a fresh, custom look. For the shower enclosure, we combined the best of both worlds: the timeless beauty of custom tile walls paired with a solid spray-foam shower pan for a leak-proof, easy-to-clean base that eliminates the grout maintenance of a tiled shower floor.

Key Upgrades & Features

Custom Tile & Solid Shower Base: Features a stunning green herringbone tile accent wall, textured white side walls, a built-in recessed niche, safety grab bars, frameless sliding glass doors, and a solid spray-foam shower pan.
Level 5 Smooth Drywall Finish: We removed the old wallpaper, repaired the walls, and skim-coated the entire bathroom to a flawless Level 5 drywall finish for a clean, modern appearance.
Full Bathroom Transformation: Completed with new large-format tile flooring, a modern white vanity with matte black hardware, a dual-door medicine cabinet, and updated lighting and fixtures.
