Winter-Ready Restoration: Angel Fire Resort
A vacation home restoration focused on thermal integrity and environmental sealing. We replaced inefficient, leaky windows with the ProVia Endure Series (Black) to solve recurring issues with dust and cold air drafts. Specifically engineered for durability and energy savings, these new units have transformed the home’s comfort levels during the winter months, providing the owner with a maintenance-free, high-efficiency building envelope.
Structural Restoration & Geometric Window Re-Design | Angel Fire, NM
In the harsh mountain climate of Angel Fire, this vacation home was losing its battle against the elements. Water intrusion from failing windows had caused mold growth and compromised the interior trim, while warped wood doors had become nearly inoperable. We executed a full-scale envelope restoration using Andersen 100 Series windows and high-performance ProVia doors with integrated storm protection. To elevate the home’s character, we reconfigured the living room’s standard layout into custom triangular windows—perfectly framing the mountain views while ensuring a 100% weather-tight seal.
Entryway Structural Reconfiguration & Andersen™ Integration
This project involved a complete redesign of a dated, poorly insulated entryway. We removed the original door and two flanking windows, re-framing the wall to create a more solid and energy-efficient structure. After installing a high-performance Andersen door system, we performed a full exterior stucco remediation to ensure a seamless, professional finish. This transformation significantly improved the home's thermal envelope while providing a clean, modern aesthetic.
Exterior Remediation & ProVia™ Window Integration
This project addressed two critical failure points: a compromised stucco exterior and poor thermal insulation. Our team performed a full stucco remediation, eliminating deep cracks and updating the aesthetic with a neutral color palette. For the window upgrade, we utilized the ProVia Endure Series to specifically combat heat gain in the kitchen and living room. A seamless blend of structural repair and premium hardware integration.
Window Frame Restoration & Fiber-Reinforced Stucco System
This project focused on resolving critical moisture issues around the home's openings. Sun-damaged stucco and poor drainage near the roofline had allowed water to penetrate the window frames, compromising the wood structure surrounding them. We removed the failing stucco and addressed the localized wood damage before applying a new, high-strength system. This restoration features a fiber-reinforced base coat for maximum crack resistance, finished in a premium 'Crème Brûlée' tone. To ensure a completely watertight seal, we upgraded the home with ProVia Endure Series windows and sliding doors in Beige, providing a durable and high-efficiency exterior.
Comprehensive Whole-Home Envelope Restoration | Martinez Residence
This project showcases a complete structural and aesthetic overhaul of a property with over 30 years of wear. We followed a strategic, high-durability workflow: first upgrading all exterior windows and doors to ensure a perfect seal, followed by a critical roofing transition. We replaced the outdated gravel and asphalt flat roof with a modern, high-performance TPO synthetic system. To finalize the transformation, we performed a full-scale stucco restoration. This phased approach guarantees a fully integrated moisture barrier and a modernized look that will protect the home for decades to come.
