Structural Restoration & Geometric Window Re-Design | Angel Fire, NM

In the harsh mountain climate of Angel Fire, this vacation home was losing its battle against the elements. Water intrusion from failing windows had caused mold growth and compromised the interior trim, while warped wood doors had become nearly inoperable. We executed a full-scale envelope restoration using Andersen 100 Series windows and high-performance ProVia doors with integrated storm protection. To elevate the home’s character, we reconfigured the living room’s standard layout into custom triangular windows—perfectly framing the mountain views while ensuring a 100% weather-tight seal.
