Project overview
This Albuquerque bathroom needed a cleaner, more cohesive look—but not everything needed to be replaced. C&C Renovations preserved the existing vanity cabinets and focused the investment where it would make the greatest visual and functional difference.
A new High-Tech Polymer shower became the focal point, complete with Denali sliding glass doors, a molded corner bench, a 12 × 24-inch recessed niche, and a solid spray foam shower pan. Quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom-stained baseboards, and fresh paint bring the entire room together.
The finished space feels current, comfortable, and intentional while making smart use of elements that still worked within the new design.
