Window Frame Restoration & Fiber-Reinforced Stucco System

This project focused on resolving critical moisture issues around the home's openings. Sun-damaged stucco and poor drainage near the roofline had allowed water to penetrate the window frames, compromising the wood structure surrounding them. We removed the failing stucco and addressed the localized wood damage before applying a new, high-strength system. This restoration features a fiber-reinforced base coat for maximum crack resistance, finished in a premium 'Crème Brûlée' tone. To ensure a completely watertight seal, we upgraded the home with ProVia Endure Series windows and sliding doors in Beige, providing a durable and high-efficiency exterior.
